My grandmother has OM and a PDP. I was going to put her on the Cigna Plan Four until I called her PCP and found out they won't accept the plan.

I wanted to get input from an agent who knows the market in Berkley county. to see who has a plan thats comprable in benefit. We were going with Plan Four because of the hospital copays (she needs a knee replacement) of $50/day.

Any adVice?

Yes, do the right thing (if she'll qualify) and take care of her by putting her on a Med Supp. Plenty of good choices in W. Virginia (have lots of happy clients there).

Duval, do follow the advice of Daytona...if she qualifies, she will be better off with a Med Sup..it will also save you the hassle of dealing with bills, co-pays, the "my drx is not in the plan", etc, etc, etc....

She had originally applied for Plan A, which isn't sufficient but the family is squealing over the premiums of a decent supplement. I've learned that family can be the worst prospect.
