Need A Form

If anyone has a AARP Med Supp Application they could send me, it'd be greatly appreciated.

I met with someone yesterday, who did not want to apply online, but did want me to get him enrolled in AARP Med Supp J and AARP Preferred Rx. I have the Rx enrollment form, what I am in need of is the AARP Med Supp enrollment form.

Broker services, as well as my IMO are both useless on this.

Bob, I only have 3 apps but could share if its an emergency for you. I'm in the Cumberland area so you would have to drive over to this area.

Is there a reason why supplies can't send it to you? Oops, guess you're aiming for Dec enrollment and ran out of time?

my number again 770-435-3733 .

Thanks Policy Doctor. I ordered it online, and was told by Broker Support that it should get to me by Tuesday. I emailed my client, and was able to download the MedicareRx application.

I e-mailed the PDP Application to him, and told him the Medicare Supplement Application would follow in a week.

If I need to, I'll call and get it from you either Friday or Monday. I'll call and let you know.

Thanks.

You can print one off of their website....

I just checked to make sure...at least for Florida.

NOTE: Don't expect to get paid on it anytime soon. I had an open-enrollment case I submitted(mailed)...they received on November 4th and I've got to wait until next week to get my $$$. LOL...14 business days from the date the check is processed. The check was processed on November 12th...EIGHT days after they received the application.

One more note: I've been writing for AARP for almost a year. I've faxed in 3...count em THREE eft forms...completed...with a voided check..to set me up on direct-deposit. I'm still waiting on it to work. I finally talked with someone who assures me it's set-up now....right.....I'll believe it when it hits my account.

I can't print a URL on here until 15 posts....lol..I need a vacation from this job....24 years of this...lol

Won't they take a scanned or faxed app? If faxing is a problem, scan it and save it as a jpeg and e-mail it.

This may not work, either... Most commercial orgs these days want a pdf file. I recently tried to send my E&O on a request, so I scanned and emailed it. Unfortunately, it never occurred to me that a bitmap file (.bmp) was not acceptable. They demanded it be sent pdf. Guess they didn't know how or have the ability to convert bmp to pdf.

It will work just fine. Scan it as a jpeg and anyone, anywhere, even those who are not "computer literate" can receive and open any document scanned as a jpeg. I do it all the time.

Stick with the basics, they will serve you well.

Besides, he was only asking for a copy of an application.
