If he currently doesn't have cancer, AIDS, or in a hospital or nursing facility.... You can use SNL.
5k is $14.47 for a non smoker, or $18.24 for a smoker... They also have a liberal ht/wt chart too though.

He is the one saying he needs GI, I was talking to his roommate and I suspect he might have an AIDS/cancer issue? Just a guess, but he has been looking for coverage, and again, he said he would definitely have to go GI.
