Need a new Broker

Well 2020 is here and its time I changed the Broker I am with, any feedback? What I am looking for is a Broker that has support tools for their agents: Interactive and informative website for Facebook ads, Comprehensive list of carriers for every client scenario, paperless contracting, and in general a Broker that isn't about no producing than you get nothing. I plan to slowly get back into the game this year and ramping up by end year. Not a newbie here as I have my Real Estate License as well and would using it for a complete plan, if customers are looking to downsize.
