I was cleaning my out my desk and come across about 50 postage reply cards of people I could not get in touch with.
These Are Medicare supp. leads 1-3 years old. I also have about 50 telemarketing leads Med Supps about 1-3 years old. What would be the best approach to recontact these people. My biggest concern is a lot of these people are on the do not call list.

Nice offer aslam but I doubt if he will take it.

"Hello Mrs Smith. This is Sam Jones. The reason I am calling is because you had responded in the past to a survey regarding your health insurance. Since I am a licensed agent, if you have any questions about your coverage, I would be happy to help you find a way to save some money". Blah Blah Blah You get the idea

You can try door knocking or mailing out new response cards them with some type of offer. The problem with those leads is that people's circumstances in the senior market can change rapidly.

Ugh....Me too! How about a call back number to the Apology Hotline?

Not to be a smarty here but really, I've got many many people to do the same thing to and really dont' know the best way to approach. Guilty as charged!

With 3 yr-old leads in that market, you probably would have a few "Mr. Smith has passed on" replies.

How about this: "Well I just talked to Mr. Smith last month and he ordered this custom stamped bible for someone named Martha..."

I smiled as soon as I read the bible line.
