Need Annual List of Bad MA Providers

I am looking for a source for an annually compiled list of MA providers that go out of business, file for bankruptcy or stop enrollment during the year.

Even sources for as it happens during the year announcements would be o.k.

Here in GA, Wellpoint (BCBS) was suspended, Wellcare as well since 3/07/2009.
BCBS of GA also dropped many of their plans at the end of 2008.

Be careful what you do with this information as it is illegal to mention this to Medicare Beneficiaries. You can not bad mouth the competition no matter how bad they suck. Every company is approved by Medicare and as such has no faults.

Thank you, I am aware of the restrictions. However, I am looking for a centralized third party compilation website, something similar to the A.M. Best website strictly for MA's or an industry news website that reports this information.

steer clear of Coventry/Advantra. They are a nightmare to deal with, trust me.
