I would recommend LSW for Index UL w/LB and Transamerica for GUL w/LTC Rider.

North American. They have few products thst come with terminal, chronic and critical illness riders.
NA has a great IUL. Not so with the LB rider. They just added this rider and is very weak compared to the experienced LB companies when comparing them.

I like NA, have recommended their IUL. I looked into an IMO and got appointed through them but haven't written any biz. I am not into giving much of my commission away. I need a different IMO for them.
