Does anyone have a current transfer/direct rollover form for Wells Fargo Investments?
Going to be moving money out of Wells Fargo into another account and my scheduled appointment is at 7:00 A.M. in the morning so I would like to have the form before Wells Fargo opens.

PS. Yes I know I could call with the client but they don't open till 9:00 and I have to have the client on the phone to get the paperwork and I am hoping to have it in hand.
