Need Help Finding a FMO

I am looking for a reputable FMO that deals with Major Medical insurance for New York. I'm already licensed in other states. I live in Buffalo, NY and would like to be able to sell insurance in my own area. Would really like a FMO that provides some type of lead program. I have made mistakes before with finding the wrong FMO who does not care for their agent and don't want to make the same mistake.
Please help will value your suggestions.
