need inexpensive HRA administrator for 1 or 2 life group

Would appreciate suggestions for company to administer Health Reimbursement Account for small non-profit. also, if you are familiar with their customer service, please include those comments. thanks

We use bbp admin. No monthly minimum on service fees. They generally waive the install fee if you use ease. Never had any real customer service issuew

Thanks. Carrier does not, but they have an endorsed provider. was already waiting to hear back from them. Last time i checked they were expensive.
