I need some guidance on the next steps in my career. I have been licensed in Life and Medicare for a few years now. Two years ago, I transitioned from sales to working in the group benefits area. I'm starting to feel the urge to get back into sales. I have two questions that I would like to get answered to help me.

1) I've been considering the 1099 route after seeing Peter Robert's insights on YouTube. Are there any agencies you would highly recommend?

2) W2 route, any agencies you would recommend?
