Netquote Leads

Yes, Warren Buffett mentioned it to me when we were having breakfast together in Omaha last week.

lol, if you actually did that would be cool. But yes they do. I use to buy their garbage until I found 4freequotes.com
Net Quote sells to: 8+ agents
4freequotes sells to: 4 agents only. 3 captive and one independent usually.

I am not a fan of buying leads. But this company has been great. ( and no I am not here to promote them)

Wow. $ 3 leads? That's a pretty good deal, unless the person never wanted a quote in the first place....

They are legit leads but I think the must have 10 agents buying leads in that zip code, an upscale suburb of Sacramento. The prospects get blasted with calls. Luckily Met Life Auto is extremely cheap in that area so we are still closing 23%. We just email the quote ASAP and send a few follow up emails. They usually respond in a few days after the initial flood of agent calls die down.

I had a friend try NetQuote a while back, and he said the same thing, was competing against 8 to 10 other agents.

I have had many leads from netquote where the person never intended to get a quote. They were signing up for a free offer or were redirected from another site and had no idea what they were getting into.
Also, typically one or two of the 8-10 agents they sell the leads to is what they call "Affiliates". They are other lead aggregators who in turn resell the lead to 8-10 more agents and maybe another "Affiliate". I have contacted people that have been contacted by 25-30 agents. This does not always happen, but still happens too often.
