Received an email from another IMO with a new product. It reads:

SAFE Money
5.0% Year 1
4.0% Years 2-10
Guaranteed for 10 Years

There is no product or company name attached to it so I was wondering if anybody knew what it is.

25 years and 1.5%....just guessing though.

if it helps....the 5/4% are simple interest...not compound

You can add riders for more normal features to cut into that %...but depending on what you need, it may fly if you do not mind the B+ rating.

for what its worth.....got a phone call that these rates will likely be reduced soon for new business. Guess it is a start up teaser rate to attract initial business.....so it is a get it while you can if appealing in any way.
