I have to a vision to start my own agency. I’m trying to decide it If its best to form a corporation or get a DBA and build a group.
I was hoping with services from a company such as AIS, I can just form a marketing company or DBA to market my services and build a downline under me. This will save me the cost of additional Agency licensing and E&O insurance.
What are the is the benefit of forming a Corporation vs Building a Downline under and IMO or FMO.
