New Agency Help...

I am joining a 25 yr old Employee Benefits agency to start a P & C operation. I started my career in insurance in '93 out of college and have been on the agency side since '05. I'm extremely excited considering we have available an existing customer base of 185 accounts to pursue. I have called on my 2 closest carrier relationships to try and get them in the agency. I have also contacted SIAA and Iroquois. SIAA sounds a little pricey to join - Iroquois seems like an easier relationship. I'd really appreciate any advice on getting carriers to join in on this opportunity. Thank you.
