New Agent in Florida Need Guidance

Hi everyone
I got my Florida General Lines Agent permanent license (individual) couple of days ago.
Though I passed state exam in first attempt but I am raw in this field with zero experience.
All type of guidance will be appreciated no matter how friendly or how sarcastic.
