New Agent

I recently started with LNL but feel like this was not the best move for me because the job is based solely on commissions. I saw where two companies are hiring now. Combined Insurance and American National Insurance. These companies offer salary pay. Has anyone ever heard of the two companies above.

One of my coworkers came from Combined. He got out of the business for whatever reason, but he sings the company's praises. Apparently they sent him to a three week training course in Atlanta that he said was great.

Have you gotten your permanent license, or has LNL got you working on a temp?
