New FE Company to CA?

I heard that a company will soon be approved for the CA FE market.. I dont know the name of the carrier.. I hear they will offer GI with no health questions after a 2 week rate.. priced about $39.00 per month for I think 5k benefit? sound familiar to anyone?

I know of a company introducing a new product, but from what I see, it's anything but GI.
