Hello all. My name is Ivan, I am 25 and I live in Vegas. I found the forum through multiple internet searches the last few months regarding different aspects I wanted to understand better before getting my L&H license. I was brought into the industry captive and found the guy I was working for to be pretty shady. In the last month I have unlearned the BS that guy taught me as I venture into the wild by going independent.

I have always owned my own businesses and handled my sales. I think I will do good in the industry and I hope to expand into investments later if I build a solid foundation through my agency.

Anyway thats just a little about me. so Hello....
