Hi folks,

I'm new here from Seattle, WA--but I fear I may have come to the wrong forums. Originally I thought these forums represented the views of both agents and consumers--but I now fear the view may be heavily slanted towards those of agents. The replies I got to the first thread I posted seem heavily slanted towards the views of insurance companies.

Sorry if I've come to the wrong place.

The responses you got to your thread, were slanted towards helping you solve your problem. Agents are generally very good at solving problems with insurance companies and should not be seen as "feared" or even biased towards the company view.

Your avoidance of making a (generally simple) phone call... contributes to prolonging the problem... and we can't fix that for you.

But, as you said in that thread, you are (obviously) free to choose to do business with another company.

I take it that you're a consumer. There are consumers that come here for answers, and agents are the ones that answer your questions. I'm not sure if someone was mean to your or what you seem to be complaining about.

This Forum is for both the agents and consumers, but agents will make 99% of the posts. We have a consumer on here (Lost Dollar), who posts a lot and gets involved in many of the conversations. He's a very good poster.

What did you come here for?:err:
