I have a agent that has taken me on and has been a amazing person to work with during this on boarding process. I was wondering if the compensation I was offered and have graciously accepted is "fair."
40K base with 65-85$ commission on P&C. The first 25 go to the house and if I sell 2 LI policies then all the commissions for the month go to the higher 85$.
