New Member from WI

I am a captive agent/employee in WI. I have been in the insurance world for 3 years now and just recently (as in still waiting for the actual piece of paper) licensed in life and health. I'm looking for marketing/prospecting ideas for p&c. I've read a few threads and think this is going to be a great place for me.
