Hi I am astrnelis, I have been reading for a while and I find this forum amazing. Thank you for all the great information submitted here.

I just posted on final expense insurance about Golden Heritage insurance previously known as Gordon Agency and I am trying to check them out if there are any concerns I should be aware of before I start with them and pay money for their leads. I run online search for reviews but couldn't dig out anything.

Im looking for info on these guys too and from all the other threads as is customary here on the forum lots of rants and raves on everything including the kitchen sink but nothing with respect to the question at hand; has anyone heard of dealt with Golden Heritage aka Gordon Agency, and no it's not part of LH? Please, will someone write something they know what they are talking about and actually has some value worth the time reading?

Some questions to think about.

How much commission are you giving up for those subsidized leads?

Most of the uplines on this forum can get you 110%+ FYC and set you up on automatic lead order for less than what GH is charging.

Also you want an upline who is actually active in the field and is producing, not sitting behind a desk.

I would camp out in the FE forums and study religiously before sending in your contracting paperwork.

Yes. Gordon is an ex-Lincoln H manager. Now has better companies. But like any IMO check the basics before jumping in.
1. Do they release you from your contracts if you want to leave. If no,that's all you need to know. Look elsewhere.

2. How much are their leads? New direct mail should be less than $30 per lead.

3. Street level commissions should all be around 115%. If less, why? That's what new agents get elsewhere.

Remember, measure twice. Cut once.
