Since January 1, consumers who chose to look at the PDF of their eligibility results have been seeing incorrect information. We are working quickly to resolve this issue. This has no impact on a consumer's ability to complete their application and choose the plan that best meets their financial and health needs. We have no indication that this is interfering with most consumers' experience on the site. :nah:

I got this today, as well. Wonder what exactly the incorrect information is that no one should worry about - or is it all incorrect? What a dumb memo to send . . . . I also loved the phrase about "consumer who 'chose' to look at the .pdf . . .All of my people saw it during the process. I made sure they looked at it & were prepared to get additional information into the marketplace if required. Were the requirements asked for "incorrect" too?

I wonder if they sent an email to the applicants warning them not to believe what they see with their eyes.? Obamacare is not failing fast enough so the government has to help it along it seems.

I wondered the same thing when I received it. I would also imagine (like my office) that many agents don't open these CMS emails.

FWIW...The CMS Communications Department newsletters are written by interns borrowed from Ms. Miller's class at Bethesda grade school.

When I read the email, the first thought I had was, "Well please specifically tell us what the error was!" This is a bigger cliff hanger than "who shot JR". Was the subsidy wrong? If so, was it off by much? Or was a word misspelled in the footnotes...

Another one from CMS admitting a mistake. Only the government can make something this basic, so complicated...

:skeptical:

It just tells me they cant even pinpoint what mistakes they make which I already knew. They left it open ended just to cya....

5 Years from now they will still be asking people to verify their immigration status that provided it the first year.....Same as it ever was.......

You guys are missing the whole point of Obamacare. He wants to be remembered. He asked around about experiences with government services and noticed people's responses to dealing with the DMV employees and designed CMS to be worse.
