New to Insurance and This Forum

Hi everyone,

I am new to this site and new to the insurance business (kind of). I am studying for my license right now. I am trying to find a company to appoint me when I am complete. I want to focus on home and auto and eventually try my hand in commercial. I am currently a realtor and was lucrative in previous years. I won several realtor salesperson awards. However, I have always wanted to get into insurance and with my connections in the area- I believe I will be very good at it. I am taking the decline in realestate as my opening to try something new.

If you know of a good company to start out with- please contact me!!! I would like to find a company that can price out several insurance carriers.

If you are in Virginia, there many be some experienced Virginia brokers here that can recommend some agencies or companies that might help.

I have posted that I was looking for a company a few times but nobody responded back except for L & H agents/companies. Not that I am opposed to doing L&H but I would rather do P&C.

I am open to be commission only agent.
