New to the Industry

I recently got hired by New York Life as an agent.

I am trying to learn how to become a better agent since what I have doing hasn't been producing the results I have wanted so far.

Can anyone link to a place in the forums that has an explanation for the common acronyms on the forum?

Welcome! Nobody knows all the acronyms. I sometimes have to ask what something means.

Welcome to the forum. FWIW IKWYM (for what its worth, I know what you mean)

Seriously many acronyms are just made up on the fly and really have no standard meaning. If you're not sure, just ask.

The first acronym you need to learn around here is FEX
