There is plenty of business for ALL of us in CA and most agents I know will be happy to lend you a hand and answer questions to help you get started and succeed.

Sorry to disappoint, Rick, but I'm in the LA/Pasadena area. I don't mind being in a crowded market - I happen to like the competition. Like Al, I think there's plenty of business to go around.
