Since I recently moved, i am about 1 hour away from 3 counties in Ohio. I'm currently thinking about acquiring a non residency license and dropping mail there - Any suggestions on success with non resident license/Ohio demographic?....I'm going to assume all FE is the same...

Ive worked at least 10 counties in PA - Ive found the more rural people are easier going (In my opinion) but at the end of the day the people are pretty much all the same.

Thanks in advanced.

Having driven through Youngstown a number of times, I would assume that would be a good area (demographic seems perfect for FE), and it borders PA...

But if you aren't a Steelers fan - then I hope you fail.

Just keeping it real. #SteelersNation (I grew up in Beaver County PA)

I don't really watch football all too much - but I like watching the steelers..... Although it drives me nuts hearing grown adults complaining for a week when they loose.

Seems obvious that you don't need an Ohio address to get a non-resident Ohio license.

I must conclude that your purpose in getting an Ohio address is to scam your Ohio prospects into thinking you are a good ole Ohio boy. I would think that it wouldn't be too hard for your prospects to figure that out and you could lose credibility and clients.

If I have erred in my conclusion, I apologize.

I'm not getting an Ohio address.. why would you think this?

If you're wondering about response rates Chris at TLC is a great resource, (and good lead vendor). Outside of that (response rates) you'll have to ask your imo... unless someone from Ohio on here offers some advice for his direct competition. :1cool:

I sell in Oklahoma on a nonres license all the time, because the border is only an hour away. Nobody thinks I live there.
