No surprises there.

The same folks who gave us Cash 4 Clunkers and thought it was a great idea to stimulate car sales by offering $4500 for a $500 clunker believe this is a good deal too.

All this and a trillion dollars will still get you 10% unemployment.

Never mind I got it to work. I can't find the one page form the article mentioned but I haven't looked really hard since I am trying to work and blog at the same time. I would be interested in getting a copy. Do mostly ind but have a few groups.
