I know this forum is for insurance pros. I'm not an insurance pro, lol. I just wanna see what's up. Hope that's ok?

It's nice to know the other side of the system, to see if the grass is greener on the other side, you know? So many people complain about insurance... Let's see how the world looks from the pros' perspective -- that's my take.
