NY Approved Annuity with LTC Benefits ?

This is my 1st post. First of all, I want to thank you for the time to read and respond to my post.

My client, Carol who is 56 and a breast cancer survival. Her triglycerides' in the 400 range. I can get her insured at standard but she didn't think it is a good deal.

I wonder is there an Annuity that has LTC rider (approved in NY) that you know off, many thanks.

To date, NY has not approved an Annuity/LTC product.
