Offshore DP3

I have an investor that is located overseas who bought a house in Los Angeles. The house is registered to his company which is an offshore entity.
Do you know which carrier will agree to write a DP-3 for an offshore entity or that I will have to write a lessors risk on this property. House is worth 3.5M.

You might as well resign yourself to calling the surplus lines brokers if you've already been turned down by your standard carriers.
