Don't live all that far from there. Within a days drive of over half the country's population, 80% I think.
It is always fun to hear people tell me how great an investment real estate is, better than the stock market. Then see that it is worth half of what it was, IF they can find someone to buy it. Then you have to get that person financing. Oh, and cash flow? They just hope they can make next month's payment to the bank.

Vol, I have been to Pigeon Forge (Dollywood) and enjoyed Knoxville. However, that was a few years ago and I didn't see any illegals. Of course, I was not allowed to profile the people inasmuch at that would have politically incorrect.
