I am sure that by bow most of the SNL agents have received email's concerning the aggressive push SNL is making to increase new business productions.. It seems it started back with the onset of COVID 19. A company that had no tele sales platform developed one and released it in a matter of a few weeks, and it is a darn good one.
Some more things are to be introduced soon. Here is a portion of an email from Frank Long, the regional guy for East Tennessee and Georgia.
2021 will be an exciting year for all of us at SNL, we will be recruiting heavily all around the county. We are always on the lookout for new talented Final Expense agents.
We will be rolling out our new and improved Telesales format in about a week -
1) We will have a virtual call center- with TV commercial calls and live transfers available to all agents - you will be able to log in on your computer to take calls, straight to you everyday - and as many calls as you like. The number of sales you can make will be huge!
2) As far as in the field sales and leads- We will have a lead portal available to everyone. You will be able to pull Direct Mail Leads (from all lead areas) from a library on your computer. This is AWESOME news. it will save all of us time and money.
3) We will be rolling out a new system called - Agent Portal 2.0- This will replace the Snapp system we are currently using. I will send out an email tomorrow with an instructional video on how to use it along with a download link.....so be looking out for that.
What do you think of these ideas? Especially, the idea of building an inventory of Direct Mail leads that agents can draw from instead of having to wait for a mailing to be sent out and responses to come back in?
The thing that would concern me is that they would begin to grow so fast that they lose the personal touch that makes them so easy to do business with.
