Could someone tell what companies i can become directly contracted in Texas with decent commission ?Any Recommendations

Try Travelers, Safeco and American Strategic for starters. Travelers is probably the easiest of all the big carriers to get a direct with but it will all hinge on your size and potential. Safeco will probably want more production than you will want to send. American Strategic is a good property company with decent program.

Do these carriers provide training for new agents?

Consider Progressive. They are pretty competitve on the auto side and seem to be open to newer agents and agencies.
