P&C market in FLORIDA 2020

Planning on opening a independent agency in Florida and wanted to get a feel as to how the market is doing in 2020 /2021. Should I not even explore the P&C market in Florida ?

Why would you not explore it? Because its difficult to get some types of insurance?
The harder the market the more the need for specialists.
