Can't will be in Fla. That being said, and not being versed in these things, I didn't realize this was open to the public.

Am googling, but can't seem to find any followup on this story. Anyone have a clue? I know it hasn't happened yet but doesn't seem to be much press on this.

Doubt you will see anything until after the 8th and not much then.
One guy that seems to be on top of things in DC (as well as things outside the beltway that impact DC) is Jamie Dupree. If anything comes out of that panel, it will probably pop up on his radar and be posted on his blog and Twitter.
