There are several ways to market to agents. In the "old days" I went door to door in downtown Nashville, hitting the bank buildings.

Also did a lot of networking in bars, in particular one on Murfreesboro Rd at the bottom of the hill from what was then Corroon and Black. Get a table around 4:30 and wait on the agents to show up.

You can network on LinkedIn. At least one recruiter on the forum get's agents that way.
