Payment to Homeowner or Trust?

My home is in the name of my trust, but I pay the premiums. Who should the insrurance company pay, the homeowner (the trust) or me?

They usually pay the person who is doing the repairs.
If not that, they pay the lender (2 party check).
If not that, they pay the named insured.
