Perks that make a plan different

Been in a discussion within our agency of various benefits on an MAPD that make a plan "stand out". Thinking outside of the box away from regular copays for doctors, MOOP etc. and more along the lines of what perks does a plan local to you offer than is different from the competition that is beneficial? I know a lot of the carriers have the personal emergency response systems, OTC benefits and things like that. Anything your offerings have that are unique and cool?
