Phoenix Annuities

Their last report came out in late April I believe when their stock started climbing. They had all of their back taxes in order and the reporting is supposed to be complete by end of Summer. At that point we will know more. Right now they are still sitting with $600 million on the shelf as a surplus with only one long term bond debt on the books that doesn't come due until 2032. They are supposed to have a meeting with AM Best at the end of the Summer again, but I hear most Carriers are meeting with AM Best by end of Summer/early Fall so we will see what happens.

Are you concerned about the ratings or are you just wondering what the outlook is?
