A friend of mine took the test to get certified to sell policies/plans on the exchange (she's a BCBS agent)---and she flunked 1 of 2 required. Dayum! (Were in Florida). ---but upon a Second attempt---she passed.
However, the Exchange still shows her as not-approved. There is an email contact but that seems to be worthless.
Anyone have a Phone # for the Exchange to help her straighten this out?
(Jesus...i better pass the first time or i could be next for this Crap!)
