And did you start with local training or just webinars, were you able to learn and run with it?

I started new with FE, had a 1.5 hours of face to face training and then have watched/attended webinars. It works for me, I can watch them whenever or wherever.

Both.

Trained with EFES manager 2 hours away, and listened to podcasts from producers at home.

It really depends on a couple of things. Your past experiences and whether you are the type that can learn over the net or not.

Some agents just can't pick it up by watching webinars and videos. Those agents need to actually see it in person.

Some agents can learn over the net and hit the street running.

Some agents can't learn either way. They just can't seem to put it all together and make it work.

Now, since both ways do work, you'll have to figure out which way works best for you. No one can answer that but you right now.

Personally, I needed the hand-holding when I got started. I definitely would not be here if I hadn't.

Some of the agents that started around the time that I did couldnt get out there and talk to people fast enough. They have done well.
