I own a house that a relative lives in. It is not in perfect condition, but is in liveable condition. The house needs some work, but nothing major.​

Is it possible to get insurance on this property? Should it be insured as a rental property?​

There is an vacant lot that I also own next door, what kind of insurance should be on that lot?​
