PTC Question-new rules

I have a medical clinic who wants me to call prospects. I told them I couldn't call them due to the new PTC rules. But they are telling me that they have permission for all brokers to call their prospects, since they asked the prospect on a recorded line if it was ok if I call them. And then when I call the prospect back, I'm supposed to say, Mr. prospect, I am the broker you were expecting the call from. The clinic told me everything was ok, since I would also be calling the prospect on my recorded line. However, I don't think that's compliant anymore or is it? Doesn't the PTC have to be in writing exclusively for me?

Have the medical clinic set up a seminar for you. You would clean up.

Why does the medical clinic want you to call prospects?
It's a clinic for people on Medicare, but they only take MAPD plans, so they need a broker to enroll them in a plan so they can have a new patient.

Have the clinic hand out your contact info. When the prospect initiates the call no PTC is required.

It's a joke people!

Horse shit.

Those of us on OM and a supplement have access to all of our doctors and yours too.

Less than 2% of doctors nationwide refuse to take OM.
