Do you think a commercial rep and a volutary benefit rep could work in a referral split commision relationship ? The commercial rep can do the intro and if the owner likes the idea the P& C rep can make a little extra income on the voluntary case.. more lines of service...

Make sure you trust the voluntary benefit rep to service your accounts well. You worked hard to establish your account relationships. If the rep is good you will strengthen your relationships. If the rep burns out and leaves the business like many do ......
