Question: Do Individual Agents Arrange For Underwriting Surveys Directly?

Do you as individual agents/producers ever directly commission 4-Point or underwriting surveys? If so, is it left up to the individual to find and hire or would you have to use a carrier-approved inspector/firm?

For me it is always the carrier since they are paying for it... PM me, we are in the same region.
