Ok, my agency is me, myself and I.

I file as a Sub-Chapter S corp and have all my commissions go to my agency.

Do I have to certify as an individual agent and as an agency to sell on the Federal Exchange/MarketPlace?

My inquiring minds want to know. :skeptical:

At least the voices in my head want to know...:cool:

As of now, 147 people have viewed this, and not one response (???)

Do you people don't know, or are you just lurkers?

I'll PM you the answer

Because it may vary by state or FFE. I can only speak for CA, but CA will not allow any entity/agency certifications of any kind. Each agent must certify independently in CA.

Everything I have seen in NY and in the FFE training indicated specifically agent/broker as an individual, not agency/brokerage.

No hard data saying that agency certification won't be needed or available, but I haven't seen anything that offered or required it yet.
