Recommendations for Finance Company for P&c Business

have a customer that needs financing for a dwelling policy... i am using a wholesaler, and 3 days ago they terminated their relationship with their finance company, and don't have a new one in place yet. any recommendations?

In most states you can start with reserves as low as $25k per year, if you background check for the license. Why not finance your own stuff?
