Recruiting New Agents

This is my first post, so forgive me if it's not in the correct forum. I am a former captive agent and have opened up an independent agency. I'm looking to bring on producers with an excellent opportunity or individuals that want to get into insurance without the headaches and capital of start up. Where is the best place to put an ad on this website?

Also, is there a way to secure a list of agents for my state?

I'm just wanting to recruit in my local area. I'm a small agency and only want agents in my area.

YOu need to contact Sam the owner of this forum if you wish to place an ad on here.

If you bring value to this forum and after 100 post, you can place your offer in the offer section.

Most State's insurance depts will sell you a list of insurance agents.

You can also place ad on linkedin groups really easy.

Personally think you need to get your business running smoothly before you add producers. But thats just my meaningless opinion.

And how many people in your area do you think are on this forum? Not sure this is the place I would be looking for Producers...
